The V2 Cordless Automatic Strapping Machine is a powerful, portable solution designed to make packaging faster, easier, and more consistent. Ideal for warehouses, workshops, construction sites, logistics operations, factories, and distribution centres, it combines strap tensioning, friction-weld sealing, and strap cutting into one handheld tool—eliminating the need for separate manual tensioners, sealers, and metal buckles. This helps reduce packing time, minimise operator fatigue, and achieve a cleaner, more secure finish on every package.

Description

Compatible with both PP and PET strapping from 13–16 mm wide and 0.4–1.2 mm thick, the V2 is suitable for securing cartons, timber, building materials, pallets, machinery, metal products, and other heavy or bulky goods. Its adjustable tensile force of 900–3200 N allows the operator to match the tension to different products, helping prevent loose straps while reducing the risk of damaging lighter or more delicate loads. With a tensioning speed of 100–200 mm/s, the machine is built for efficient, repetitive strapping work.

Powered by a 4.0 Ah lithium battery, the V2 can operate for up to 90 minutes or complete approximately 250–350 straps per charge, depending on the strap type, tension setting, and working conditions. The cordless design gives operators greater freedom of movement, especially when working around large pallets, outdoor storage areas, loading zones, or locations without convenient access to power.

Weighing only 3.1 kg and measuring 380 × 130 × 130 mm, the machine offers a practical balance of strength, portability, and ease of handling. Its friction-weld sealing system creates a strong joint without requiring separate seals, reducing consumable costs and simplifying the packing process.
