The 45mm fixing face of the Ecoplus Wideface Metal Stud System is engineered to provide a significantly larger fixing area than the conventional 34mm stud profile commonly used in the market.

Designed for efficient plasterboard installation, the Wideface Stud is particularly effective for Fyreline systems requiring 13mm screw fixing each side of sheet joints to comply with New Zealand fire code requirements. The increased fixing surface improves screw placement accuracy and reduces installation constraints associated with narrower stud profiles, it also offers an alternative and price point to timber exteriors walls to suit cladding fixing
